What a visionary! 50 years ago Maddalena De Padova, then an Italian young women took a trip to Denmark and began the retailing of Scandinavian furniture in Italy.Her taste influenced deeply the Italian taste, when she introduced the clean, light lines of the Nordic designers to Italy.
Today e De Padova is an institution in Italian design, after they began collaborating with different designers such as Vico Magistretti, Achille Castiglioni and Patricia Urquiola, and producing their one furniture and objects.
